Hiroki featured in KCTS Chefs 2006
SEATTLE –
Hiroki, a dessert café, is once again among restaurants nominated by viewers of
KCTS public television to appear in the 11th annual KCTS Chefs 2006 program and cookbook.
The program, KCTS Chefs, will
broadcast February 18, 2006
at 11:00 a.m. on Channel 9 and will
repeat during the weekend and throughout the year as a pledge drive. As a pledge
premium, the KCTS Chefs 2006 companion cookbook will be offered which includes hundreds
of recipes provided by restaurants in Washington state and British Columbia. This
year, an original recipe by Hiroki Inoue, Managing Director, for Poached Pears
with Mascarpone Cream in a Brioche cup will be included in the pledge premium
