Hiroki featured in KCTS Chefs 2005
SEATTLE – Hiroki,
a specialty dessert café, is once again among restaurants nominated by viewers
of KCTS public television to appear in the 10th annual KCTS Chefs 2005 program and cookbook.
The program, KCTS Chefs, will
broadcast March 27, 2005 at
2:00 p.m. and will repeat during
June, September and December pledge drives. As a pledge premium the KCTS Chefs
2005 companion cookbook will be offered, which includes more than 200 recipes
provided by more than 140 restaurants in Washington state and British Columbia,
including an original recipe for from Hiroki Inoue, owner and Managing
Director. This year’s submission by Hiroki is a recipe for Cranberry Coconut
Cornmeal Cookies. For more information or to make a pledge to obtain a

Hiroki is
a specialty dessert café offering a variety of Japanese/European fusion-style
desserts. Fine espresso drinks and loose leaf teas are also available. Desserts
are made fresh daily and are available in to enjoy in the café or to take out.
